Main changes made to 2024 Karakal racket frames:

1. Karakal Fast Fibre NexGen (Next Generation) added using advanced Japan 40T fibres and resins. Gives increased durability and playability and replaces Titanium in some Ti models which improves performance over Ti.
2. Air Graphite used on non FF frames. Updated graphite fibres from Japan, symbols denoting this on frames are AIR or G.
3. Environmental protection by using minimal paint on frames. Satin black dust coat is the only paint used. Other colours come from water based decals.
4. Factory has managed to tighten the specification on weight and therefore BP so plus or minus 3g on Squash, Racketball and Padel, plus or minus 2g on Badminton.
5. Mould modifications so "Aball" Non Vib. sits lower in frames for greater vibration absorption.
