Lobban returns to the World's top 50.

Karakal's Greg Lobban has been awarded the PSA's June Player of the Month award after the Edinburgh-based 24-year-old claimed his first Tour titles since a seven-month injury break.

A torn hamstring had kept Greg out of action from October 2016 to May of this year but, after lifting the Stortford Classic crown in May, at only the second tournament after his return, Greg went one better in June claiming two titles in New Zealand, at the NZ International Classic and the Invercargill Open.

Playing some scintillating squash to take the NZ International Classic crown without dropping a single game, and beating India’s Mahesh Mangaonkar in the final, Greg sustained his red hot form to felled top seed Ivan Yuen and capture the Invercargill title a week later.

This impressive run of form has seen Greg catapulted back into the World's top 50 players, with a current ranking of 44, fully 23 places above his returning ranking in May!
