Tesni Evans : WR 9

Tesni Evans is the leading Welsh woman squash player with a stunning five Welsh National Titles, a PSA Tour title at the Sharm El Sheikh International and is now the 2018 British National Champion.

Born in Cardiff, Wales, Tesni is a delightful, person on and off the court and an outstanding ambassador for the Karakal brand. She has captured her own National title a record five times and in 2015 added to her Welsh domestic dominance by gaining an international PSA tour title, when she powered past four Egyptians on their own turf, to capture the Sharm El Sheikh International crown. Wales rejoiced in February 2018 when, in a scintillating performance against four times champion Alison Waters, Tesni became the British National Champion. Her historic 11-5, 11-9, 11-7 victory in Manchester, made a proud Tesni the first Welsh player of either gender to claim this illustrious title.

Tesni has also been selected for the Welsh team at the upcoming Commonwealth Games on Australia's Gold Coast. This will be her second games as she competes for a Singles medal as well as both Ladies and Mixed Doubles.
